Replacement battery not returned

I had purchased a 12v 875 va microtek sine wave home ups with 180 AH battery packup vide invoice number 6644 dated 04.06.2011.

The battery did not work. Accordingly the complaint was lodged and your personnel had taken the battery and serviced it. It was returned on 28th April.

Subsequently again the battery was taken back by your personnel within 3 days based on the same complaint.

Also please note that as per the warranty card of the purchase, it states a free replacement of battery if fault within one year.

You are hereby advised to replace with new battery and revised warranty immediately without any further delay.

My family is worst affected during the power cuts and it is almost more than 45 days the battery is not returned.

The warrant card number is 2428 of Fujiya.
