Unfulfilled Promise in delivering a Product

I had purchased a brand new laptop from Lenovo in the month of April. The price of this laptop was Rs 46, 000 /-. Lenovo had a special promotional offer running at that time where they were offering an assured gift of a Blackberry 8700V model for only Rs 3999 /-. This offer was valid till the 30th of May. To avail this offer, I was asked to submit the following 4 documents along with a DD of Rs 3999/-.The documents were as follows:

1) The printout of Redemption No. Confirmation.

2) Copy of the Purchase Invoice. (The Customer to mention the redemption code on the invoice copy).

3) The Bar Coded product serial number (original) pasted on the cardboard packaging of the Customer's Lenovo Product.

4) Photo ID.

I had submitted all these documents along with the DD before the last date. Its been 8 months and I still have not received my Blackberry. I did write to the company once and got a reply regretting that they were not able to ship the product due to a shortage of the goods. I would like to get my money back along with the desired interest of 8 months.
