VERY NEW OG AC UNIT GIVING TROUBLE

Dear Sir/Madam

We bought a 1 tonne split AC on 14 Apr from Ratna Fan House. The unit was installed on 22 Apr. For few days we enjoyed the Cooling. Since 27th Apr, the unit is not working properly.

Following are the observations:

1. There is lot of ice formation in the copper tube.

2. Water is dripping from the indoor unit inside the room and from the outdoor unit also.

3. No cooling at all.

We have dialled OG representatives at Ratna Fan House and informed many times for the past 10 days. One gentleman came last week and said that Gas is Leaking.

He said someone will come and attend the problem.

Till now no one has come after reminding so many times ; Kindly arrange to Rectify the problem at the earliest.
