Defective Piece sold to us

I bought o general ac in 30 Aug from the shop "System Airtech" (Add:- G-2 Block No. 13, B-8, Anand Vrindavan, Sanjay Palace, Agra. Last month back my AC’s P.C.B got some problem then i asked them to change it from the new one but they repair it then after 10 days compressor stopped working then i asked my dealer that this AC is defective please exchange it with the new one but they refuse to do so now from last few days my AC is making sound, i have registered the complaint to the dealer on 5-7 from where I have purchased the same, but the dealer is not helping me out of the concern. Kindly help me out of the same. I think if this kind of services will be provided by the company then no time is left that people will loose their faith from this brand.
