New AC Compressor Faulty

I bought o genral 1.5 ton AC in the month of may from M/s Electronic bazar a div of Big bazar, the compressor failed hardly after use of few hours. A complaint was made to service center ref no. 11JL170104 dated 13th June. i was promised that the compressor would be replaced by 25th June. Since 25th June i have been following with the service center & they are asking for 3-4 days every time i call up. Now till date the problem has not been rectified. Now the latest promise is 29th July lets see what happens.
