OKAYA BATTERY
Ulging noticed within 10 months

I Sharan kumar resident of Kamalapur village, Gulbarga Dist. purchased okays battery from Bharat trade company, Gulbarga in December. at that time he assured of servicing and repair & replacement if any problem noticed. i have informed about the bulging of battery that i noticed within 10 months, although i have serviced it properly, he told that he will send company engineer, later after calling him another two times he told you contact vinod okays company engineer and he escaped. after contacting that person he told that he will come in two days, later on he demanded charges of checking to come, later he dint responded atoll. if company is not able to give proper service to customer, it should not cheat customer. i demand the company to be made responsible if any problem occurs in my house from the battery.
