Defective Battery

I have purchased Olive VG 300 Cellular Phone and the battery supplied was defective. I preferred a complaint at their site. I received an email dated, 06-12 12:59:09 IST from Ms. Sarita saini. (sarita.saini@tradus.co.in). As requested in the email I have contacted the Microtech systems, Trivandrum their service centre. They have promised to write to the supplier. They have also requested to write to tradus.in directly as they expect too much delay on the part of the supplier. As it is not possible to use the cell phone without the battery, I made several complaints. Complaints will be acknowledged but when we send a reply to the e mail, it will bounce. They used to give one ibibio.com link for their customer care executive.
