Olumpus SP565UZ camera
Poor service

Had purchased one olympus SP565UZ camera with serial no. P43J33051 from the shop "TICK CLICK CAMERA" at Visakhapatnam on 7.06.09. The camera came with a 2 years warranty. In January'10, the camera wasn't taking photo with the flash on and also the "panorama" mode wasn't working. Upon taking the camera to the shop, they send it to the Hyderabad sevice center promising to return within 2 weeks (job no. 4939, dt. 19.01.10). As on today even after neumerous phone calls to the shop (0981-6456788) & to Mr. Kiran (040-64590668) of Hyderabad service center, I haven't got my camera back. Is it the type of service OLYMPUS offers to its cutomers? PLease help.
