Dear Sir/Madam,

I’mB Venu from Vijayawada. who is one of those sufferers who has purchased micromax mobile.

Let me start with, I purchased your Micromax Mobile X290 model as a part of my first anniversary gift to my wife on May 30th at The Mobile Store (Bill no:75, E World, Opp. Ram Mandhir, Eluru Road, Arundalpet, Vijayawada-2. Ph. No:0866-6641717, 6621717). Several colleagues of mine told us to why I had purchased your mobile as I never ever purchased other than nokia, but inspite of it I neglected every one & still went with it. with in one week my mobile had a Battery problem & went to your authorized service centre to check the mobile they told after ten day we will provide new battery. I went your authorised service centre and meet your staff they told today battery not available you will come after three days we will provide new battery. But how many time I will visit your authorised service centre. I have a lot of work.at the time of visiting of your authorised service centre I losed so much. Why are you provide waste mobiles. we are suffering so many problems. The service center representative says easily putting blame on you saying the company does not supply us & what can we do. I’m not having enough patients to go & wait for an hour & fight with them for my battery replacement.

I’m giving you the service centre number & request you to kindly take the necessary steps so that i would get my battery replaced after making me wait almost 15days. I have had enough of waiting & tolerated all those fake commitments given by the authorized dealer.

I would request you to suggest me to take legal action against both the company & service centre.
