I bought a zonke bonke handset from onecell in bree branch last week on friday and now yesterday i recharged with R847.00 which reflected after few hours and when we tried selling electricity voucher the receipt came out showing R0.00 but it had deducted the money and the call centre agents have not been helpfull. I need to be refunded my money that i lost through those vouchers and money used calling them and travelling to report in jhb. My number phone is 0744046482, please help me.
