Warranty Issue

Sir,

I purchased NOKIA 5220 express music on 25/11 from ONE MOBILE, ANNAPURNA, Indore. There was one year manufactures warranty from nokia and ONE MOBILE offered one year extended warranty on it. Thus, there was total 2 years warranty on it. Now i have two complaints:

(1) The manufacturers warranty should end on 25/11 ideally. But it has ended just after the 2 months of purchase (that is in janurary 2009)

(2) Secondaly they had offered me to provide extended warranty which will come in effect after the end of manufacturers warranty ie after 25/11 (it should be from 25/11 to 25/11). They have given me a extended warranty certificate which states that the warranty will expire on 25/11.

Now i have to pay money at nokia center to get my phone repaired even though it is in warranty. This extended warranty certificate and the manufacturers warranty fraud is not acceptable to me.

I need a solution for that.
