Electronics and household app.

Poor responce from Vikas Electronics, Junagadh regarding complaint of routine fault of my tv. Also no any responce from area sales Manager MR rohit..He keeps his mobile switch OFF . Also Ahmedabad care center is not responding even for for writing complaint. I want to go In Foram Court. Please take immediate action for repairing of my tv set or otherwise I will go in Foram court for Justice which please not seriously.
