Damage product

My self vishal agarwal,

sir i had bought Onida32'Lco32xmshcLcd T.V. from Star CJ alive on 25 sept'2011.my ordered no :0917023991. When i received the product i found that it was damage and the same was reported to customer care of Star CJ alive. On 26th sept'2011 they said that within 5 working days you will receiveyour fresh new product but all is vain .after 7days raising the complints so many time it was communicated to me that the product has been dispatched and we may receive at any stage. Today is 4th october i have'nt received the product. i m sick and tried of calling at customer care and talking to different people every time by discussing the same matter with them, and they promised me that your problem will be solved within 24 hours but yet after 9 days i didnt get my product. Its annoying that every time i called up i was given a Bunch of Promises by their Customer care .i think Star CJ Alive is fraud and cheated customer like this...
