OREVA/OREVA CFL
Warranty of one year not being honoured

I purchase a 14 watt Oreva/Orpat CFL on 24/10/10 from New Fancy Electric located at 26/1B, Monohar Pukur Road, Kolkata-29.There was a replacement warranty of one year. The bulb became out-of-order on 14/05 and I deposited it to the shop for a replacement/repair. But the shop owner is now refusing to honour the warranty, and telling me that OREVA/ORPAT has stopped manufacturing CFL. But I did not think so as nothing about production shutdown is mentioned in the website of OREVA.Please help me in getting a replAced CFL of OREVA.
