Original Battery for LG Reliance Mobile

Sir,

This is regarding purchase of original Mobile battery For LG-Reliance CDMA Mobile from M/s Krishna Communicatons, Shop No. 24/75, Thapar Colony, Yamuna nagar, Phone no - 01732 200610 & 9215176100, dated 30.09. Bill No. 354 @ 245.00.

The battery which was purchased from the shop did not last even a few hours, and mobile went off.

The shop claims that they are LG-Reliance agencies of yamuna nagar.

The battery given was not even given from a packing rather it was taken out from a drawyer.

As you can see it did not last a few hours.

when we complained to shop next day, it is refusing to take any action.

Kindly intervene to stop getting the name of LG Reliance mobiles being hampered by few personnel interests.

We have the original bill with us.
