Charger cable Cum data cable defective

I purchased Orion Dual sim Mobile model 901DS on 23/9. after few days the chrger chord cum data cable which is USB is malfunctioning. Later on only charging was working. Some times it was disnnected automatically if the chord is disturbed. Now the charging is not being done.

This was purchased through HOME Shopping after watching on TV. Retail Invoice no.41079 dtd 23/9 of INDIA DIGITAL Life style Distributors PVT LTDA221, II floor, OKHLA Industrial Area Phase I, New Delhi was enclosed with the Courier Blue Dart. Buyer's order no.701664690 sub order no.71719256

Kindly advise on this.
