Water pump

The shopkeeper had given us a defaulted waterpump we did complained about this to the company they had repaired the pump but we had already given the money to his plumber for it's instalment but now he is not sending the plumber for re instalment of the repaired pump. The plumber is demanding more money and the shopkeeper is talking with us in an abusive language. We had worned him that if he is not going to listen to our complaint then we will going to file case againt him in the consumer forum but he is not at all seems to be worried about it. We are mentally disturbed and need a very quick action against the dealer other informations are written below-
