Micromax A85 Mobile service

My micromax A85 mobile had some software and mic problem. So gave it to the service center of OVEZ COMMUNICATION in the Richmond road, Bangalore. First time the service was done and they told they replaced mic and updated software. When i started using my phone, i realized that SD card is not working in that mobile after service and card getting heat when inserted and lost my 2 SD cards of mine. The mic again had problem and not working properly. Second Time i have given to service to the March 24th. They told, they will change the motherboard and it will take another 10 days. After 10 days i have asked, they replied board is not received and wait for one more week. What is going on the service center and the people on the service center is not proeprly doing the service. They are doing very very poor service. If anybody knows the manager of the ovez communication bangalore pls, share the contact id and mobile no. Pls, service the mobile properly..
