Wrost Service and irresponsible communication

My name is Shabu, ive purchased a computer 6 months ago from Oxygen Computers Trivandrum, after 5 months computer stopped working and

i called there customer service center . an executive came for service after 2 days he just came and spend two minute before the system he was just

looking the outer parts of computer and told that "no problem " once he gone again system stopped working, i again called them next day as usual customer care executive came back after 3 days, this time he told tat the problem with the mother board and needed to send warranty (the same man

was came first time and told that no problems with computer) they taken the motherboard for 12 to 14 days and came back with other one told tat it is a new one we r gong to replace it, they fix the problem and gone . after one day my system again stopped working, i called back and and usually spoke anxiously but the customer care executive replayed very irresponsibly, i told them tat im gonna complain it he replayed me to do tat, i called the

manger he told me that to give the system to their premises... i gone there with my computer and they taken the computer and told me tat they will return in 3 days... i been waiting 4 days today i called for my computer they are saying that system is not there they have send tat somewhere else.

Totally i lost my lots of business that i did over internet, from the first day i gave the complaint to yet i cannot do my works, about one and half month

i lost my time, money, and business for this case.. This is the most worst experience i ever had from an institution, Now im gong to register case against Them.
