PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OYSTER BATH FITTING/APPLIANCES PEOPLE BELIEVE IN SELLING OFF THEIR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS TO UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS. I bought Alphuzia model of Jacuzzi bath tub for > 80, 000 rs from them and nobody bothered (or conveniently forgot??) to inform that a small plastic pipe was presently not available because of which it lay uninstalled in my bathroom for more than a month. After repeated calls to a Mr. Vikas, a Mr, Gera and their call centre the customer care manager i was informed that since i was not living in the house presently therefore i should not be "so much " bothered and they would have hurried it up if i had been living in the house!!!

There are several other mistakes they committed but suffice it to say that please consider other choices before thinking of buying from Oyster...
