WORST SERVICE OF WARRANTY

We had purchased your switches for our site Mangal Tirth, And there are some replacement issues pending from few months your dealer is not giving it. And I have also talked with your company person Mr. Pawan. He said that he will talk with concern person and let me know but he has not yet done any thing. If this is the service to builder i don't understand what service will be provided to flat holder. Kindly look in the matter and give me feedback as soon as possible so that I can take further decision.
