Handset not repaired properly

To whom so ever it may concern,

This is to inform you that I, Saurabh Singh user of Sony Ericsson mobile hand set aino (u10i) wants to inform you that i m really dissatisfied with your service. Few days back i had given my mobile for servicing at sony Ericsson service center in gorakhpur, u.p. but they really took a lot of time in repairing my phone n returned my phone after more then a months time. For i had suffer many problems and losses.

Its very dissappointing to tell that taking after taking such a long time my phone has not been repaired properly and problem of display light, speakers and battery back up etc are occuring.

I dont want the same things are repeated again with me, so please respond to my problem very soon and change my phone with the new one if necessary, other wise i will have to take further strict action.
