Network Connection

Network problem where living in a room or in a workshop or staying outside in a rainy day. Though I had complained through 198 on 23.08.2010 at 10.11am, they provided me a complain no. 1-2497286907 but my network problem still alive. The call charges of this network is very cheap but network is so poor. If my problem will not been solved as soon as possible, I will change my network connection. Some time the tower signal used to abolish from my mobile handset. My clients and family members can not be getting touch with me.
