Cheating in the name of service centre

I had purchased a philips audio, video, mp3 player. It developed a problem within few months and i handed it over to M/s Clarity electronics service in chennai, Anna nagar. The service centre staff told me to collect the item by 2 days. Its has been a month now and i get false promises from the staff that the product would come within a week, or within an hour, It has come to the depo and needs to get desspatched I have also complaint to the customer care dept of philips but still yet to recieve response from them too.
