Cheating in the name of winning a Philips DVD

Sir,

Someone using philips name and cheating the customers. I got a message from TD-PHILIPS (No Number) as you are selected as a winner of DVD Player from Philips Electronics, for more details login www.diwaligift.org, last date 07/11. They sent it to me on 04/11. When i registered they said you no need to pay any money for it on future. After that they sent a message from BL-PHILIPS as your name and address has been registered successfully. For your conform delivery information please login www.philipsofindia.com. When i entered that site they asking me to deposit Rs.440 as consumer service tax. They given a account number 20074921095 in a name Swapan Roy, bank as State Bank of India and suddenly changed the account number and name as 20074921084 sanjay saha, bank as State Bank of India. I got a doubt and called to philips customer care. They said me that they did not gave any offer regarding it. They given their fax number as 01143852002. So i request you to please take a action against them for not cheating any persons on future. Useless fellows, please see that they are punished severly an please block their sbi accounts so that no one can withdraw the amount.
