Poor performance of toaste

I bought a philips toaster from Reliance Digital store Jalandhar. On very first day the toaster started burning the bread even in lowest heating position. I reported to Reliace Rescue desk, they initially tried me to approach directly to philips srevice center, but i insisted them only to get it checked as i bought the product from their store.somehow they took it and called me again to collect the toaster .i requested them to check the product the person over there simply refused me. Later on i found my toaster in the same condition as it was before at my home.
