Harassment by Philips

Dear Sir,

I had purchased an Philips MCD388/98 - MICRO THEATER from the Philips authorized dealer Audio Voice (india) pvt. Ltd, D-23, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar -2, New Delhi -110024, on 03/09 paid Rs.15, 500/- but unfortunately after three months of purchase the system is not working.

I visited the dealer two three times personally therefore I complained and asked the above mentioned dealer to exchange my product but he with his malafide intention he refused to do so.

I then direct approached the Philips Complaint centre for the above stated matter, on 14/05 at 12.00 noon, complaint no . is 580113 . After my complaint from Philips service centre Mr. Ashok Saini visited two three times and he was not able to repair the system. After few days he called and said I have to take the system at workshop. I requested them kindly exchange my product but he refused.

After the above mentioned struggle, I again approached the company through telephone calls & I contacted Area sales Manager Mr. Bhupender (9711998867) he also harshly refused for exchange & said you can speak to the G.M. regarding this he can do it, than I contacted G.M. Mr. Sriniwas Joshi (9717492455) but he with his malafide intention he also refused to do so, but till date I have not yet received any call from them and my problem has still not been solved.

Yourhonour, you are requested to pass order favoring me against respondent. please order for the compensation for mental disturbance and wastage of time by visiting their showrooms, amounting to me 20000 and also I request you to pass the order to exchange the above mentioned product.
