Negligence by Service Center People

Respected Sir,

Some time back I repaired Philips Tv with thier companies voucher number 1347. Date was not mentioned in the voucher and they charged Rs 2805 . This service was given by M/S Manipal Electronics, Kanakadas Road, Udupi 576101. Phone:2520880. After the service provided by them, the Tv repeatedly turns off. Now if i enquire them, they argue that this service is not giving by us and it is only an estimation bill not service bill. Even though i requested them again to look into the matter and do the need full action, they have neglected completely for the last one month. Kindly look into the patter
