this cannot be termed as a complaint in the first place... though it was query i had which had to resolved..the star cj no. 022-33555533 was not able to help me out... actually it was regarding an ad which i havev viewed more than couple of times... the philips 5.1 home theatre with dvd player connected usb was available earlier with you guys... but now cannot view the dvd player in that ad and evn ur helpline guys said there was no offer alongwith a dvd player... which is quite astonishing... could anyone from star cj explain what's the matter...
by the way earlier brought product from you guys... service was good..tatz why called up again when planned to purchase it... but the answer was quite unsatisfactory... regards...
