Iam Mr. K.Jair i have given my Philip's DVD Player MLD129/98 KN00635004958. for servicing on 31 December at Maredpalli Phiplip's Service Center Owned by Mr. Prem Kumar who's Mobile number is: 9246298306. Contuiesly on a daily bases i have been calling the servicing center and there is no proper response and they have not rectfyed my DVD Problem. and two years has passes away since then no clarification and they are not willing to give back my DVD Player. hence i kindly request your kind office to look into the matter and do justice by getting my DVD set back to me. for which act i will be greatful
