DVD stopped working in 2 months of purchase

Respected Sir/ Mam,

I Purchased a Philips DVD Player on 6/9 Having order number 70634 has stopped working from last 15 days i had complained about the same telephonic-ally but not received any satisfying response from them. Please let me know how it can be corrected . shall i send it back on chennai office. I am very upset with the product performance as well as response from customer care side no customer hearing. Do reply soon. As my day is affected without my favorite music.
