Phillips LCD and an DVD are not working properly

I purchased an Phillips LCD and an DVD. Both device are not working properly. Earlier I complaint it to my dealer but he told me that warnty is expired but actaully warnty was not expired. I feel that I have been cheated on this. Please help me ASAP. Too many time I called /email to philips but nothing happen.
