Replace Philips DVD Home theater. Repeated low sound problem for the 5th time

I have given my DVD system to Authorized Philips Service Center M/s United Electronics West Marredpally Secunderabad On1st November and contacted the call center for the same, they have assured me that they will replace the system because of the defect with the manufacturing but the service center person told that they have repaired the same and told me to take the system after payment of the bill. I request Philips to replace the defective DVD Home theater at least now.
