Disappoint contumer n giving false promises

Since from 17 days service center manager is not replying status of repairs, which is purchase before a month n in warranty.. tray opening problem.. manager promising from last week that it will b done today..

i had called at phillips service center at santacruz (E), shop no.3, 4, 5, legend apts., behind Vakola Church, TEL.: 26652895/96.. the manger mr.ganesh, from last week is promising that it will b repaired today n keep me waitng for hours, saying my teachnician will come n fix it today.. but does send any 1. n doesnt reply proper on phone also, i call trice in a day but no response
