Philps
No proper service

I have given my Philips FWD185 Audio System to the Philips Service Center on 22nd May for repair, but still I havnt received my the system back as they still telling part is not avialble. Also its a poor service from their end... as i need to follow up 2-3 times in a week to get the proper udpate from them, but still will be the same answer.

I am really feeling bad that being brand like Philips, they are not even bother to deal the costumer in a good manner.
