Crystal top burst

Bought a pigeon crystal top 3 burner gas stove for Rs. 8000 on nov. The product is still in warrenty. Due to heat on the crystal itburst in to thousands and thousands of pieces. A pigeon tawa used to make roti is used for 1 hour cooking. The heat on the tawa plate radiates and heat is not absorbed instead the crystal top heats up and burst. This is extremly dangerous and life threatening. I have video and photo will upload and planed to start a campaign against pigeon brand. The jayanagar service center is not responding properly they did not care for the call. I told them I will complain in consumer forum. I strongly recommend anyone not to buy pigeon crystal top stove it gets overheated due to design fault and burst.
