Hot water rush out through sides

It is new cooker which I bought on 22nd June. That is just 2 months back. It faced issue that water leaks through top lid where we place weight and also through sides. It fails to blow whisle and water rushes through sides with loude noice giving an impression that it may blast at any time. I gave for service and got it back after 2 weeks. Again facing the same issue from next day onwards. It worked good for only one time after service and went back to the worst state. And this time I got slight burn from hot water. I am afraid to use this cooker any more. Need my money back. I can't tolerate this. Please let me know where should I submit bill. Please help me... I am using cooker for last 3 yrs and this is the first time I am facing such an issue and I am very much afraid to use it any more...
