Problem in working

Electronics and household app.

I have Purchased a Pioneer Home Theater Number HTZ -181 From Innovations Worldwide Ambience Mall, S-253, IInd Floor, Ambience Mall Gurgaon with bill number:022, dated-01-05. In December Month i have registered a complaint with them and done lots of follows, not turned up. Called so many time to above mentioned address, everytime they shifted teh call to service center. But no response. In May they picked up my home theater from my house for repair. But no response after that. After doing the lots of follows after one month i got abck my product in june month. BUt still my problem is not solved. Its more tehn 8 months but my problem is not solved and my money is wasted. Very poor service for Pioneer. Please take a action. I'm very much disturbed by followups. Please refer the last few followup mails for reference.

I have received my set back without resolving the problem. Service Center (from Noida) has returned it after lot of follow-ups. As per my tele discussion with your executive, please give me your gurgaon service center detail.
