FALSE COMMITMENTS

Respected Sir/Maam,

I would like to bring to your notice that PLANET M's store at Kingsway Camp in Delhi-9 has not returned my handset yet.

I had purchased a handset NOKIA 7210 IMEI NO. :351962035641865 from them on date:6/5/09 . I paid Rs 550 extra for and 1 extended warranty i.e.2 years which is generally only for an year. Commitment & assurance was given by the PLANET M verbally also in the form of a membership card that clearly states warranty for 2 yrs. The card has sign, seal and date of PLANET M.

Ever since I purchased my handset I never had any problem but last month on 20/4 I submitted my cellphone with them to get it repaired as I had started facing some display problem...

They took my handset and issued me a receipt and in written and verbally asked for only one week time that's till 27/4.

Since, 27/4 I have made many calls to the PLANET M store, also went there 4 times personally... but they always give excuses and have not given me my mobile yet.

Now, I don't know what to do...! It's been more than 3 weeks although they had asked for only 1 week time...

I suspect they have lost or sold my mobile and are simply enjoying by delaying on company's behalf.

I want my mobile phone along with RE-IMBURSEMENT for the delay and all the calls i have made to them, visits made to them and got nothing in return but HARASSMENT...

I'm also thinking to file and FIR...

PLZ HELP & Advise
