I’m very happy about poorvika and poorvika services

One incident happen at Velachery - poorvika, I gave My Hand phone for service Estimation on 27.12. I got back my hand phone from the above center On 28.12.2009 after long delay from 5.30 pm to 9.45 pm. However I didn’t Notice my Memory card at that time. I’m sure that the above said memory card was misplaced by them. I was unable to go and ask immediately. but on 2nd of January I went there and informed about this misplacement of memory card.

They replied simply “no”
