Deducted my balance

Sir,

I am Jitendra Kumar Singh. I am customer of Aircel (08083234264). They deducted Rs 30 from my account on basis of activation of service (Dailler Tone) which was not activated by me. I calling to customer care for this matter but I did not get good response. Plz Sir kindly help me. I not activated this service. Plz refund my balance by AIRCEL and de activated this servive.
