Dear Sir,

Sub: - Your Customer Service is very poor and not repairing my I F B Micro wave

Oven, My complaint No 9398218 dated 16.08.12

Ref : = My letter dated 06.10.12 and 26.10.12

Once again, I would like to bring to your kind notice that my I F B Micro wave oven has not been repaired till yet despite of my repeated request to your customer care No 1860 425 5678 and to your Area Manager (MS. Deepika Yadav. Mobile No 9311683935) in Delhi, now more than one month has passed.

On. 20.08.12, Sh. Sunil Kararia of your franchise in Rajouri Garden in Delhi has sent Mr. Nitn (Mechanic). He has damaged my Microwave oven. He has cut the tin from the bottom of the Microwave oven, when I asked him why you are cutting the tin and why you are not opening it from its screw / nut bolt. He told me that it will take four/ five hours and I do not have this much time. I asked him how you will fix it again, he told me by tape. I told him the tape will not last for long, after heating it will come out. He left. I informed to Sh. Sunil Kataria on 21.08.12 and requested him to send other experienced mechanic to repair my Microwave oven since Mr. Nitin is not experienced or qualified mechanic. Same thing I informed to your customer care (1860 425 5678) and to your Area Manager in Delhi and requested them several times to send one experienced / qualified mechanic. So for they have not sent any one’

Therefore, I request you please arrange to get my Microwave oven repair immediately.
