Unnessery debit balance in AIRCELL network

Sir,

I have recharged Aircell network 10 rupee on 16 th AUG.Tomorrow morning i have check 2 rupee unwanted debit in my balance. I have condact AIRCEL custmercare asked my problem. custmercare person is say our software already underproblem so please adjust it and she custmer is suddenly calling cut. Already 15 rupee dedited in my balance. I have again conduct no responce.
