Recharge Issue with Airtel

Electronics and household app.

I want to inform you that I am an IT guy and work from home. I am using your 2G service to connect Internet. I am very happy with the speed that you provide. But I am extremely sad with the service of customer care. Today I tried to Recharge with Net Pack Rs.98 by going to a retailer shop. But the thing is recharge was not successful on my no., but on the retailer no. it was shown that recharge was successful and money was deducted from the retailer no. When I called to the customer care regarding this he informed that recharge was not successful and disconnected the call. When I tried next time to call to customer care they done something on their side due to which my call automatically disconnected. Now the retailer is refused to return the money. So what a customer will do in this situation? I was just being a fool, neither I got the recharge nor I got my money back.

It is not a big matter for me that my Rs.98 has gone, but I am just fade up with such poor customer care service. Most of time customer care even can not provide the solution what I am asking.
