Worst service

I have by mistake purchase a samsung airconditioner, of 2 tonn, s iam really sad, to say, i would never ever buy such companys products again in life time, it splits ice cubes in my bed room, and being a pilot, of an aircraft, i need to on the air con at least to get proper sleep, but iam really upset by this companys attituede in selling their product, i did buy a large led tv of sony bravia, hdx80 i never looked for korean product, i suggest u to buy o genral, or even lg, never samsung, their responsiblity is only until seliing their so called cheap product, s and once done, the costumer like me has to cry for life time.
