Amount worngly charged after complening also

Hi,

My name is Subba Reddy, i have complained that i have the sms offer and cosw of the sms should be 5ps but it is charging re-1, complaint number is 192624058 gave the same complate twice but also still charging the same.

Called to customer care to check the status and spoke to exe name Krishna he was very rash on the call and using rough language and discontted the call then, again made a call to customer care and spoke to Ramesh he also used the same and he said that i will see that balance amount will get detect from my number...
