I got sms from airtel to check my airtel sms pack balance.and i press 1 in that, After it they deactivate my sms pack.(which is valid as it stops my services on the expiring date only, So i dont have any problem over it.)

My concern is: if you are providing IVR & Key selection to deactivate services then you should update/sms us sms pack IVR or code to reactivate the services.

Also I have sent sms to deact DND services. I want to stop DND.I complain it at customer care as well sent msg's so many times but still My services are active. I want to stop DND services.
