Money cheating

One of my friend is cheated today..a mobile seller team contacted him yesterday and offered him a galaxy note for rupees 15399.

They asked 4000 for shipping and remaining on delivery..

After payment of 4000 the give him a tracking id in which it is said that the parcel is transfering from continental mobile company in london to india

Today morning they called him and askd to deposit 9500 rupees for customs clearance at mumbai..

He did so and they said that he will get the mobile at 2 pm.

After they called and asked for 15700 rupees and said that he will get an iphone 5 for free with that money... he said that he only wants the booked item... then they are not giving the phone or money back... one of their number is deactivatd now...

He had sent a passport copy of bruce norman which is with my friend...

The crime is done.today...

He is afraid of complaining...
