Crystal Gas stove glass busted and broken

I bought one three burner crystal gas stove of sunflame from Gulati Galaxy, Kotla market, delhi on June 20, Today when my wife was making chapati on the burner suddenly the glass of the gas stove busted and broken into pieces. It was really scary my wife got some injuries too due to that burst.

I am continuously trying to call your customer care but no one is answering my call. Can you please look into this matter ASAP.
