Not satisfied about samsung service

Hi,

I have using samsung sgh-u700 mobile. it was purchased in italy. for the past two month, the screen does not work.

So I went to service center, They tend to get that right, after a two-week they said they will not servicing the abroad mobile model. Now I want to go back to Italy? I am in the service of a world class company is not satisfied, then the Service Centre for?

Please give me the suggestion for servicing this mobile..
